Rule 42
Notification after deduction of amount
After deduction of amount in a bond, a notice of the decision of deduction shall be sent to the person in whose name the bond was held before it. The minutes and the date will be recorded in the minute book. However, the decision taken due to negligence or failure to send the notice or mention it in the minute book will not be invalidated.
